Find the right class for you
Students learn boxing basics of punching, combinations, footwork, and defense. This class is a great cardio workout and includes shadowboxing, pad work, skill drills, heavy bag work, and optional sparring.
Jiu Jitsu is a grappling fighting style that focuses on ground control positions, arm and leg submission locks, chokeholds, and defense against these types of attacks.
These classes use a functional fitness model to build the your strength, speed, endurance, and flexibility, all while making you leaner.
The MMA class is quite physical and complex, as it combines elements of Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, and Jujitsu into a usable fighting system.
This class focuses on the takedown aspect of wrestling, drawing from Greco-Roman and Folkstyle Wrestling primarily. The focus is on takedowns and takedown defenses.
Muay Thai is the Thai version of kickboxing known as the “Science of the 8 Limbs” because practitioners learn to use their shins, knees, elbows, and fists together in devastating striking combinations.
Encouraged for women of all skill levels enrolled at Art of War. Students practice striking skills based in Boxing and Muay Thai, including combinations, footwork, defense, and endurance.
